At Orilyan, we are committed to delivering the highest quality Boswellia sacra resin, harvested and packaged with care. Due to the natural and sensitive nature of our product, our return and refund policy is as follows:

**1. No Returns on Opened Products**
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used.

**2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders**
If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [contact@orilyan.com](mailto:contact@orilyan.com) with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will review your request and provide a replacement or store credit if applicable.

**3. Order Cancellations**
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been processed can be cancelled. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

**4. Non-Returnable Items**
Due to the purity of our product, all sales are final unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
