One day, in the cliffs of Dhofar — where the world's
rarest frankincense has grown for 5,000 years —
a man handed me a piece of resin.

"Burn it, and sit with it," he said.
So I did.

The scent rose, quietly — earthy, deep, ancient.
It didn't promise to fix anything.
But it calmed something inside me.

From that moment, I couldn't let it go.

I started asking questions.
How is it harvested? Why is it so pure here?
Why don't we talk about it more?

The more I learned, the more I understood: this wasn't just resin.
It was a transmission — from tree to hand, from hand to spirit.

Orilyan was born from this encounter.
A brand, yes — but above all, an invitation:

It's the birthplace of a legend.

For millennia, these mountains have produced Boswellia sacra —
the species the ancients called "the Sweat of the Gods."
The resin once traded for more than gold.

It doesn't grow anywhere else.

The khareef monsoon, the soil, the altitude —
everything here conspires to create something unrepeatable.

We don't take that lightly.

We work with artisans in the Dhofar mountains —
those who have been harvesting Boswellia sacra for generations.
